Reformer Total

Reformer Total is a full body workout performed on the Reformer. Choreographed by our trainers focusing on traditional, fundamentals, strength, conditioning, stretch and endurance. You will leave this class feeling strong and lean.

This class is suitable for all experience levels. We recommend a First timer try our Reformer Light class to be introduced to the Reformer or arrange an introduction session with a trainer.

Reformer Circle

Reformer Circle is designed to focus on increasing flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and joint mobility all while using the Reformer and supporting equipment.

This class is suitable for all experience levels, fitness levels and pre-post natal woman.

Reformer Light

Reformer Light is your first impression and introduction to the Reformer. This class is designed to provide a light to moderate full body workout all while the Instructor explains the ins and outs on how the Reformer works and its benefits.

This class is suitable for all experience levels.

Stretch & Flow

Stretch & flow is a Reformer class designed to focus on resistance, strength, lengthening, increasing your range of motion, joint and muscle mobilization.

This class is suitable for all experience levels, but is not suitable for pre-natal stages of pregnancy.

Jumpboard

Jumpboard is a full body workout that is hard but an enjoyable class designed to focus on cardio endurance, muscular endurance and co-ordination. You will walk away feeling a bit tender, but it is worth it. The Jumpboard is an addition to the Reformer that is placed and secured at the lowered footbar end of the carriage.

This class is suitable for all experience levels. Not suitable for pre-natal stages of pregnancy.

Tabata

Tabata is a specific type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that sets strict criteria for activity and rest periods, with the aim of getting the best results in the shortest possible time. Working intervals for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds over a period of 4 minutes throughout the exercise program. Typically Tabata is performed with no equipment , in this class we have included the Reformer to assist in enhancing results while enjoying the music in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

This class is suitable for all experience levels. First timers should arrive to class a little earlier to be introduced to the Reformer.
