How to get started
First time to Collective Pilates Medowie?
First time visitors are granted a free class pass. When booking your first class, enter the word in capital letters “NEWBIE” so you dont get charged the single class pass fee at the payment section. (Excludes NSW School Holidays and Public Holidays).

Which classes are suitable for a First Timer?
We recommend trying our Reformer Light beginners class that is held on Mondays at 9.30am. This class is designed to deliver an introduction on the basics of the Reformer with a light to moderate intensity exercise program (45 minute duration) or a one on one session with our Personal Trainer (with a fee). All our classes are suitable for all experience levels.
What should I wear and bring to my first class?
We recommend you to wear comfortable clothing such as leggings and a top. You will also need a pair of grippy socks, if you dont own any we do sell them in the studio. We recommend you also bring a towel and a bottle of water.
Age requirements
The minimum age requirement to participate in Reformer Pilates group fitness classes is 16 years. If under 16 years, we must have parent or guardian consent before booking into any of our classes. For further information, please email: admin@collectivepilatesmedowie.com.au
